INK Eats & Drinks, mid-town’s cultured American bistro created in 2003 by Chris Nestor

LATE NIGHT EATS

After midnight on Wednesday through Saturday, some of our most popular nights INK, we offer a streamlined menu — Tacos, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Sausage Pasta, Portobello Mushroom Sandwich and more. Alcohol stops at 2am and INK provides necessary nourishment (at high quality) that brings closure to the night. Flavored Red Bull drinks (non-alcoholic), Root Beer, Cream Sodas and desserts are available as well.
SECOND WEDNESDAY TASTINGS
(Second Wednesday of the months)
Once a month INK offers “Second Wednesday” food and drink pairing. A five course food and liberations event where guests are welcome to experience diversity within INK’s ever growing menu choice. Each Second Wednesday features a different collection of drinks — wine, beer, martinis, ciders, whiskey, rum, margaritas — and food carefully chosen as accompaniment. Tickets are available $30 in advance and $35 the day of ($25 if you buy them while already participating at one of our prior tastings).

Lunch hours offer daily specials ranging from fresh Ahi Sandwiches on 9-grain bread, Teriyaki glazed Salmon plates with sides of vegetables and rice, grilled Cod with lemon, caper & butter sauce, specialty burgers, house-roasted meats and more. A rising mid-town favorite, weekend brunch offers a Bloody Mary Bar, endless Mimosas, $3 screwdrivers and various daily specials (Yogurt & Granola, house-made Quiche, and biscuits & gravy) along with entrees ranging from French Toast, Chorizo and Eggs, Breakfast Burritos, Fried Egg Sandwich (with avocado, tomato & bacon). Vegetarian Omelet with Portobello Mushroom and Country Fried Steak with gravy.
